Sandra was born in Lampasas, Texas being that her father served in the US Air Force. Since her father served in the military during most of her formative years, she grew up in various places within the US and aboard, one place being Japan. She lived and worked in Texas as a full time wife and mother from 1976-2002.  She has two grown children, Scott and Casie. In 2002 she and her daughter relocated to Sacramento, California. She has been employed primary as an administrative assistant and attending IBC since this time. Currently she serves as the church’s pastoral administrative assistant since 2007. She loves every aspect of Christ’s kingdom life and laboring for the furtherance of it. In her leisure time she enjoys spending time with dear loved ones, reading, cooking, hiking and swimming.

Jeremy was born in Atlanta Georgia but grew up in Redding, CA. He got his BS in Business at the state university in Chico, CA where he also met his wonderful wife Jeralyn. He then moved to Portland, OR where he was married and completed his Master of Divinity at Multnomah Biblical Seminary. Jeremy has been at IBC for the last two years and is in the second year of a full time pastoral internship there. Jeremy is involved with preaching and teaching and has a hand in developing and leading various ministry programs in the church. He is also the father of 2 children. If the Lord is willing, He anticipates serving God as a pastor in the future.
